Before you arrive
Can I arrive after reception closes?
Yes. Just let us know in advance and we will arrange a self check-in for you.
Can I arrive before check-in time?
Yes. If your room is not ready, we can store your luggage so you can start enjoying Sarlat.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Of course. Our luggage room is available to you on your departure day.
Booking & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard, ANCV Chèques-Vacances and cash.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival, depending on the rate booked.
Is a deposit required when booking?
No. No deposit is taken; your card is pre-authorised as a guarantee.
During your stay
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed at Bon Encontre.
Is parking free?
Yes. Free private parking is available at the hotel.
Is the bar open to non-residents?
Yes, the bar is open from 10 am to 8 pm on the hotel's opening dates.
What time is check-out?
Rooms must be vacated by 11 am.
